About us:
The TBT Notification Authority and Enquiry Point of Ministry of Transport is the focal point of Ministry of Trans port, which carries out transparency obligations of under the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade of the WTO for the related fields belong to management of the Ministry of Transport and under direction and control of the Vietnam WTO/TBT Notification Authority and Enquiry Point. It was established by Decision No.994/QĐ-BGTVT of 3 May 2005 of the Ministry of Transport.
TBT Notification Authority and Enquiry Point of Ministry of Transport have the right to use the seal and account of Vietnam Register for making transactions.
